Merchandise

All merchandise sold in this shop is for PRE-ORDER, expected to ship out in at least 3-4 months. Images of the merchandise for sale are mock-ups and may differ from the finalized product. Digital products will be sent out during the shipping period. 

Shipping and Customs 

All orders are being shipped from the United States. Any customs fees that result from international orders, such as VAT or tariffs, cannot be collected on BigCartel and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Before packages are shipped out, buyers will be sent an Address Change Form. If they do not fill out the form, it will be assumed that the address given at checkout is the correct address. Buyers who have changed their address but did not complete this form, or buyers who have given an incorrect address, will be responsible for redelivery costs. 

We cannot ship to: 

Afghanistan, Belarus, Lebanon, Libya, Niue, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Ukraine, Yemen, Bhutan, The Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, The Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna, Federated States of Micronesia (Kosrae, Ponape, Yap, Truk)

Refunds 

Refunds will be available until the end of the preorder period. Once the production period has started, we will NOT accept refunds. 

An item will replaced free of charge in the case of: 

• An item was damaged or missing due to problems with our packaging. 

An item will NOT be replaced in the case of: 

• An item is damaged due to postal services mishandling it. 
• A package is lost or failed to be delivered by the post office. 
• Packages that are returned or lost due to an incorrect address given at checkout (See Shipping and Customs policy). 
• A package is lost or returned due to issues with your country’s customs.
